You will see vestiges of paintings on the walls inside in addition to some mirror work.

Nathmal Ki haveli

Built-in the nineteenth century, the idea of Nathmal Ki haveli was conceived by two architectures who were brothers. One of them focussed on the construction of the mansion towards the left, the other worked his magic on the right. The result was a magnum of opus that exemplified the symmetry during the course of the construction. The drawings in diminutive fashion occupy the interior walls. You will also witness robust tuskers chiseled using yellow sandstone.

Salim Singh Ki Haveli

Salim Singh Ki Haveli has constructed over 300 years ago at the time when Salim Singh was the head of the state. Jaisalmer was the capital of the royal state during that period. His manor has an attractively cambered ceiling and has splendid arched brackets in the shape of peacocks. The mansion is situated right under the hill. It is believed that there were two extra stories to the mansion which were later pulled down by the maharaja himself.
