About Our Golden Triangle Tour Packages
The Golden Triangle Tour is a travel circuit connecting Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, three cities that together capture centuries of India's political and cultural history. Each city adds its own chapter to the story, from imperial capitals to royal strongholds.
Why is the Golden Triangle Tour so famous?
The route brings together an unusually high concentration of heritage sites within easy reach of one another. Travelers move from Mughal architecture in Delhi and Agra straight into Rajput forts and palaces in Jaipur, all on a single, well-connected journey — and if you'd like to extend the circuit further, our Golden Triangle with Buddhist Tour (13N/14D) adds Sravasti, Lumbini, and Varanasi to the itinerary.
Why international tourists choose this route
• Cultural diversity – distinct languages, traditions, and everyday life in each city
• Heritage – centuries of history preserved across all three destinations
• Architecture – Mughal domes and marble work alongside Rajput forts and pink sandstone facades
• UNESCO World Heritage Sites – multiple recognized landmarks, including the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort
• History – a journey through empires, from Mughal rule to Rajput kingdoms
• Local experiences – festivals, everyday traditions, and city life offer an authentic look at India
Food and shopping along the way
• Street food in Delhi, Mughlai dishes in Agra, and Rajasthani thalis in Jaipur
• Local markets known for handicrafts, textiles, marble work, and jewelry
Together, this mix of history, architecture, food, and local culture makes the route a well rounded way to experience India's heritage in a single trip.
Tour Itinerary
Day 01 - Arrive at Delhi
Arrive Delhi. On arrival, you will be greeted and assisted by our representative and transferred to the hotel.
DELHI - It is a city that bridges two different worlds. Old Delhi, once the capital of Islamic India, is a labyrinth of narrow lanes lined with crumbling Havelis and formidable mosques. In contrast, the imperial city of New Delhi created by the British Raj is composed of spacious, tree-lined avenues and imposing government buildings. Delhi has been the seat of power for several rulers and many empires for about a millennium. Many times the city was built, destroyed and then rebuilt here. Interestingly, several of Delhi's rulers played a dual role, first as destroyers and then as creators.
