Tour Itinerary

Day 1 - Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu

On arrival in Nepal, you will be greeted and escorted by India Holiday Mall Executive to your hotel. (Rooms will be available from 1200 Hrs)

Arrive Kathmandu and transfer to the Hotel.

Kathmandu is the capital and also the largest city of Nepal. This city of ancient civilization is very rich in Art, craft, culture with its multi-ethnic population. The average elevation of Kathmandu is 1400 meter above the sea level. Kathmandu is famous for its temples, local cuisine and festivals been celebrated here.

Afternoon sightseeing of Boudhanath, It is the biggest stupa in the Valley. The stupa, well known as Khasti, It looms 36 meters high and presents one of the most fascinating specimens of stupa design. There are more than 45 Buddhist monasteries in the area.

Later visit Pashupatinath Temple which is one of the most significant Hindu's temples of Lord Shiva in the world, located on the banks of the Bagmati River. It is in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Non-Hindu visitors are allowed to have a look at the temple from the other bank of Bagmatiriver.

Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 2 - Kathmandu - Chitwan

Morning transfer to Chitwan. Chitwan National Park is the most popular destination for tourists wanting to have a good experience of the region's wildlife. It was declared a National Park in 1973. In 1984, UNESCO designated Royal Chitwan National Park a Natural World Heritage Site. The Park offers protection to 56 species of mammals including the one-horned rhinoceros, Bengal tiger, leopard, sloth bear, wild elephant, and striped hyena.

Transfer to Chitwan. Optional program one-hour mountain flight.

Chitwan Program: Check-in the hotel with a welcome drink, Tharu village \Museum visit: This tour is especially for those guests who are keen to experience the typical local life of Tharus, an indigenous people of the Chitwan Jungle. You can also enjoy visiting Tharu cultural museum which represents the socio-economic and cultural aspects of Tharu People.

Day 3 - Chitwan - Bandipur

Experience the Jungle activities and Bandipur.

Morning wake-up call Bareak fast Canoeing: A Typical hand- made dugout canoe will take you for a ride on the Raptiriver where you can see crocodiles, alligators and other several verities of reptiles swimming in the river and basking in the sun.

Bird Watching: Bird lovers will have a wonderful opportunity to see many species of birds in the early morning as the new day dawns. Jangle Walk: You can enjoy a nature walk in the jungle safely accompanied by our well-trained naturalist who will interpret the hidden secrets of the jungle and wildlife.hes.

Elephant Safari: An elephant back ride is one of the safest way to enter the national park and see the wildlife. It is an exciting experience by which one can observe the activities of dears, rhinoceros etc and other several types of birds and reptiles.

Elephant Breeding Farm Visit: You can enjoy observing the activities of baby elephants in the elephant breeding farm

Later transfer to Bndipur.
Bandipur: Bandipur is an ancient trading town of quaint streets and charming atmosphere. It is situated on a ridge top south of Dumre which lies 135 km out on the Kathmandu -Pokhara highway. Travel to Bandipur can be attained via a two-hour climb from Dumre . While the other trading posts of the Nepali hills have modernized, Bandipur retains its age-old cultural attributes. It still has its temples, shrines, holy caves and Newari architecture that speaks to the Kathmandu Valley.

Day 4 - Bandipur - Pokhara

Early Morning Sightseeing of Bandipur. You'll be able to see the beautiful Mountain range including the Manasluhimal.

Later transfer to Pokhara.

Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty. Situated at an altitude of 827m from the sea level and 200km west of Kathmandu u valley, the city is known as a centre of adventure. The enchanting city with a population of around 95,000 has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. The serenity of lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambience of peace and magic.

Evening Boating in Phewa Lake(around 1 hour).

Day 5 - Pokhara - Sarangkot

Morning drive to Sarankot for sunrise Sarangkot is spot renown for seeing the sunrise over the Himalayas.

Situated at an elevation of about 1700 meters (5,576ft),is very popular for mountain scenery. Here you can see panoramic views of Annapurna (8091m/ 26,545ft), Manasalu (8165m/ 26,781ft), Ganesh Himal (7446m/ 24,422ft), Dhaulagiri (8167m/ 26,795ft), Machhapuchare (the sacred mountain) and 25 other mountains over 6000 meters (19,680ft) high. This area also offers you views of the Pokhara Valley with all its natural beauty.

Sightseeing of Pokhara Devi's Fall Locally known as Patale Chhango (Hell's Fall), Devi's fall (also known as Devin's or David's) is an awesome waterfall lying about 2 km south-west of Pokhara airport on the highway to Tansen.

Gupteswar Gupha, a sacred cave, lies 2 km from Pokhara airport on the Siddhartha Highway leading southwest from the city. The entrance is right across from Devi's Fall and the cave is almost 3 km long. It has some big hall-size rooms and some passages where you have to crawl on all fours.

Barahi temple This is the most important religious monument in Pokhara. Built almost in the middle of Phewalake, the two storied pagoda is dedicated to the boar manifestation of Ajima, the protectress deity representing the female force Shakti.

Day 6 - Pokhara - Nagarkot

Transfer to Nagarkot. Evening free at own.

Nagarkot located 32 kilometers east of Kathmandu, is one of the most scenic spots and is renowned for its spectacular sunrise view of the Himalaya when the weather is clear. Nagarkot has become famous as one of the best spots to view Mount Everest as well as other snow-topped peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal.

Day 7 - Nagarkot - Kathmandu

Morning enjoy the sunrise over the mountain From Nagarkot one can see Annapurna (8091m/ 26,545ft), Manasalu (8165m/ 26,781ft), Ganesh Himal (7446m/ 24,422ft) and Lantanglirung (7245m/ 23,763ft), Mt Shisa Pangma( 8013m) Mt Gaurishankar (7145m)

Later driver back to Kathmandu. Enroute visit Bhaktapur:
In Bhaktapur you will visit the Durbar Square with its array of temples overlooked by the palace of 55 Windows built by King Bupatindra Malla, the Nytapola Teple. This temple, which was also built by king Bhupatindra Malla, is the best example of the Pagoda style and stands on five terraces, on each of which stands a pair of figures, famous strong men, elephants, lions, griffins and goddesses.

Golden Gate, the 15th-century Palace of 55 Windows and several statues of ancient kings.

On arrival in Kathmandu visit Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swamabunath.

Protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Durbar Square is the religious and social heart of Kathmandu's old city and is a complex of palaces, temples, shrines, statues and courtyards built between the 12th and 18th centuries by the ancient kings of Nepal.

Swayambhunath, the golden spire of the 5th-century is stupa is adorned with a colourful fluttering of prayer flags; it crowns a hill overlooking the Kathmandu Valley and offers fantastic views over the city of Kathmandu. Swayambhunath is one of the most recognizable symbols in Nepal and the painted eyes of Buddha watch all those who ascend the worn stone steps.

Day 8 - Kathmandu – Patan - Out

Final Sightseeing Patan Durbar Square and Departure Patan Durbar Square, situated in the heart of the city, is the main tourist attraction. The square is full of ancient palaces, temples, and shrines noted for their exquisite carvings. One can rummage for treasures and souvenirs in the various shops around the square main attractions of the Patan Durbar Square are the ancient Royal palace itself. It consists of three main chowks, or courtyards; the central Mul Chowk, Sundari Chowk and Main Keshab Narayan Chowk.

Later transfer to Kathmandu airport to board the international airport.
